Suresh Panicker is the founder of Omni Wellness AB, Sweden, and brings over 22 years of international experience in the fitness and wellness industry across Europe and Asia. With a unique blend of expertise in engineering, human resources, Occupational safety and health with corporate leadership in both public and provate sectors. Since pandemin has Suresh explored possibility to help CEOs and senior professionals by online coaching to assist in co-create their physical and mental health transformation journeys using scientific methodology.

His coaching approach integrates modern fitness techniques, FLOW model, and holistic wellness practices like yoga and meditation, all tailored to align with lifestyle of professionals over 40 years. Each personalized program is built on coaching dialogues, deep client understanding, and sustainable goal-setting—designed to deliver at least 20% progression in clients’ fitness and wellness outcomes.

Suresh holds university degrees in Energy Engineering and Business Management and currently contributes to Sweden’s Work Environment Authority, representing the country at EU-level committees (SLIC Machex) implementing applicable EU directives during ongoing energy, green, and digital transitions.
